Low protein baking mix for 18 crêpes. Ready made in no time, super light and fluffy: for making 3 crêpes take 60 g Crêpes-Mixx and add only 200 ml Harifen Drink (metaX) and 10 g butter. 1 x 360 g tin.

Ingredients:
Wheat starch, corn starch, wheat fibre, stabilizers (E 466, E 464, E 461, E 412), sugar, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, acid: glucono delta-lactone, colour: beta carotene, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid.
