Gluten free bread rolls withh fiber (pre-baked). Packed under protective atmosphere. Once opened, the pack can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days. The rolls can be deep-frozen in freezer bags. 6 x 50 g.

Ingredients:
Gluten-free wheat starch, water, skim milk powder, thickeners (guar gum, cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rapeseed oil yeast, sugar, sugar-beet fibre, apple fibre, crushed buckwheat, salt, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), apple extract, preservative (sorbic acid), mineral (iron),vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid).
