Germany

Shipping via Standard DHL:

Delivery in 2–3 business days. 6 euros per order for orders up to 50 euros. Free shipping on orders over 50 euros!

Shipping via Standard UPS:

Delivery within 2–3 business days (no Saturday deliveries). 6 euros per order for orders up to 50 euros. Free shipping on orders over 50 euros!

Shipping with UPS Express Saver:

Delivery on the next business day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. No Saturday delivery! Available only for orders placed Monday through Friday that are completed by 2:00 p.m. If an order is received after this time, we cannot guarantee express shipping. Delivery may be delayed by one business day. 13 euros per order.

Shipping via UPS Saturday Express:

Order by 2:00 p.m. on Friday for delivery by 1:00 p.m. the following Saturday. 30 euros per order.

Note for orders from Italy (EU Region 5) – Germany:

For orders from Italy where the merchandise is delivered to a German address, we charge an additional handling fee of €6 per order. Unfortunately, direct shipping to Italy is not possible. Standard DHL shipping for the following countries:

Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic: 10 euros per order.

Denmark: DKK 74.50 per order.

Faroe Islands: DKK 111.78 per order.

Slovakia, Hungary, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland: 15 euros per order.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus: 20 euros per order.

Iceland: 45 euros per order.

Other countries are categorized by weight. Rates available upon request.

Note to Resellers

Resellers (e.g., pharmacies, wholesalers, or other commercial customers) receive customized shipping terms, which are provided upon request.
Orders from resellers that exceed one shipping unit will be billed based on the number of packages. Shipping costs for order quantities that require pallet shipping must be requested prior to placing the order.
