Fresh from the Bakery

Every week our assortment of low protein bread and rolls is freshly made by the baker from our low protein baking mix SUNNY. The products are sealed in foil after baking. The foil packaging is filled with a protective gas. In this fresh-packaging, the baked products stay fluffy and fresh for longer and have a shelf life of, three or even five weeks from the day of baking, depending on the variety. In deep freezing (-18 °C), they, of course, can be kept even longer.
